Code of Conduct Policy

 

All Clients of Match Guaranty by the virtue of becoming a Client hereby agree to this Code of Conduct Policy (“Policy”). It outlines the expected standards of behavior to ensure a respectful, safe, and successful matchmaking experience for all parties involved.

 

  1. Respectful Communication
  • 1.1 Clients must engage in courteous and respectful communication with Service Provider staff and potential matches.
  • 1.2 Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.
  1. Honesty and Transparency
  • 2.1 Clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information regarding personal details, intentions, and expectations.
  • 2.2 Any misrepresentation or omission of material information may lead to termination of services without refund.
  1. Commitment to the Process
  • 3.1 Clients should actively participate in the matchmaking process, including attending scheduled meetings and providing timely feedback.
  • 3.2 Unreasonable delays or lack of engagement may be considered a breach of this Policy.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality
  • 4.1 Clients must respect the privacy and confidentiality of potential matches.
  • 4.2 Sharing personal information or communications without consent is strictly prohibited.
  1. Appropriate Conduct During Meetings
  • 5.1 Clients should conduct themselves appropriately during virtual and in-person meetings, adhering to social norms and cultural sensitivities.
  • 5.2 Any form of harassment, coercion, or undue pressure is unacceptable.
  1. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards
  • 6.1 Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the matchmaking process.
  • 6.2 Engaging in illegal activities or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
  1. Feedback and Communication with Service Provider
  • 7.1 Clients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to the Service Provider to enhance the matchmaking experience.
  • 7.2 Open and honest communication with the Service Provider is essential for a successful partnership.
  1. Non-Discrimination
  • 8.1 Clients must not discriminate against potential matches based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • 8.2 The Service Provider promotes inclusivity and expects Clients to uphold these values.
  1. Conflict Resolution
  • 9.1 In the event of a disagreement or conflict, Clients should seek resolution through respectful dialogue and, if necessary, involve the Service Provider for mediation.
  • 9.2 Escalating conflicts without attempting amicable resolution is discouraged.
  1. Termination of Services
  • 10.1 Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in termination of services without refund, as outlined in the Black Friday Matchmaking Services Agreement (Amended).
  • 10.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Policy.

 

All clients agree to all terms of this code of conduct policy by making payment for matchmaking services.
